8 Quality Tests

Testing the general composition using a sight, smell, taste, and touch test.
Testing for the presence of bio-hazardous microorganisms such as fungi, bacteria, viruses, and mold.
Testing to identify the compounds found in the essential oil.
Test for the composition of the compound.
FTIR Testing for potency and consistency of every batch of oil.
Testing for any unwanted synthetics.
Testing carbon atoms. Each location should have the same ratio of isotopes.
CP-MS testing uses a high-energy medium called Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) to ionize the sample. The sample is then run through a mass spectroscope, which separates the sample into its elemental parts and provides a reading about which elements are present and at what quantities.
