- Keep sugar intake to a minimum.
- Prevent infections by taking care of the immune system.
- Keep stress to a minimum.
- Replace harmful toxic products with natural products.
- Increase levels of antioxidants.
- Increase melatonin.
- Do not have any mobile device next to your head (use head phones) or body (do not put you phone in your pocket)
- When not in use turn devices off, especially at night.
- Turn off wi-fi when not in use.
